From the blog of Grumperina, http://www.grumperina.com/knitblog/ , comes this stretchy bind off. I haven't tried it yet, but is similar to other bindoffs I have seen.
Work 2 sts in pattern (either knit or purl). Move yarn to back (if the last worked st was a knit, this is already the case). * Transfer the 2 worked sts to the LH needle, and k2togTBL. Work 1 st in pattern (move yarn to back if it was a purl), * repeat between *.

Crochet Bind Off
This bind off is quite stretchy and looks good.
Using a slightly larger or similar size crochet hook as needle, work the stitches as if the hook were a knitting needle: 'knit' the knit stitches and 'purl' the purl stitches.
When there are two stitches on the hook. *yarn over and pull the loop through the two stitches on the hook. Work the next stitch to be bound off (two stitches on hook) .* Continue * to * until completed.
Very fast, and easy to rip out and redo if necessary. Many of the other nice looking bind offs are a serious problem to undo so I really like this one. It is fast becoming my favorite.
